A Brief History of Jobstick

Jobstick's founders saw an inefficiency in the employment market. Qualified candidates were getting lost among massive piles of unqualified, and often unsolicited, resumes sent to every open position. There had to be a better way. With their extensive recruiting, artificial intelligence, and web development backgrounds, they realized that combining intelligent matching and an easy-to-use interface could alleviate this inefficiency and help the recruiting industry as a whole.

In 2007, Jobstick was formed.

With an advanced matching system that allows HR to efficiently sift through large numbers of candidates to quickly identify and act on the best ones, Jobstick simplifies the core function of HR - finding the right people for the right opportunities.
